<br /> <br /> <br />50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-1 <br /> <br />A R E~(ì UTTI ON OF TH E CI TY COUNCI L OF TH E CI TY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br />OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, OF LOT 1, lA, 2, <br />3 AND 4 OF SB & K JOINT VENTURE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1, <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN <br />VOLUME 4, PAGE 277 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF UHLAND <br />ROAD, EAST OF IH 35 FROM COMMERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 17,1987, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br />Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding <br />a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master <br />Plan from Commercial to Industrial of Lot 1, lA, 2,3 and 4 of <br />SB & K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1, located on the South Side <br />of Uhland Road, East of IH 35, Hays County, Texas; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent <br />Commissions did, <br />request and voted <br />recommended that such <br />of said City; and, <br /> <br />to said public hearing on said date, said <br />on November 17, 1987, consider said <br />to approve the same and have <br />request be approved by the City Council <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said City CouRcil held a public hearing on the <br />of January, 1988, regarding such request; and, <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />day <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all requirements <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Mas ter <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />pertaining <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, <br /> <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br />located on the South Side of Uhland Road, East of IH 35, San Marcos, <br />Hays County, Texas, which is in an area shown on the Future Land <br />Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as <br />Commercial shall be shown on said map as Industrial: <br /> <br />LOT 1, lA, 2, 3 AND 4 OF SB & K JOINT VENTURE SUBDI VI SION, <br />SECTION 1, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED <br />IN VOLUME 4, PAGE 277 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS. <br /> <br />PART 2.
