44 Special Meeting April 16, 1984 Page 2 Mayor Craddock introduced amendment to SECTION 4. of the Ordinance to add the following underlined language, which Mayor Craddock read into the record: " shall be done by staff during the prescribed mora- . . . toria periods, except for those building or site development permit applications that were on file on the effective date of this Ordin- ance. For those permit applications on file on the effective date of this Ordinance, the period for site development permit review is extended from twenty (20) days to forty (40) days." Mr. Farr moved to amend SECTION 4. as read into the record and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock moved to amend SECTION 6. of the Ordinance to add the following underlined language, which Mayor Craddock read into the re- cord: "That any building permit, site development permit, or demoli- tion permit issued prior to the effective date of this Ordinance, per- taining to the areas or restrictions enumerated in Sections 1, 2 or 3 of this Ordinance, is hereby revoked, . . . . The phrase 'material or substantial amount of construction' shall include the completion of all that work necessar¥ to be completed before the first general inspection can be performed. " Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mr. Coddington moved for adoption of the Ordinance as amended and Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss personnel. Mr. Farr se- conded the motion, which passed unanimously (8:40 p.m.).
