<br />202. Receiving zones. Land to which development <br />rights will be transferred shall be called <br />receiving zones. <br /> <br />300. Development Rights Calculations. <br /> <br />301. The number of rights to be transferred <br />calculated in terms of dwelling <br />Dwelling units may be transferred <br />receiving zone. Receiving zone of 10 acres zoned <br />MF-2 (120 units). <br /> <br />Granting zone transferable units: 10 acres x 8 <br />units per acre = 80 units. <br /> <br />Total units allowed after transfer: <br />120 units + 80 units = 200 units. <br /> <br />305. The receiving zones allowable density shall not <br />exceed 24 dwellings per gross acre after the <br />transfer. <br /> <br />306. Alternative Calculation Method. <br /> <br />306.01. Receiving zone land may increase its <br />maximum density up to a maximum density of <br /> <br />2 <br />
