<br />Gafford Aero <br />This is an aircraft maintenance and repair shop. Review of the lease <br />shows compliance with all provisions. Gafford Aero has outgrown its <br />current facility and at the time of this writing, lS In negotiations <br />with the Airport Commission to lease additional la:1d. <br />GT +3 <br />GT+3 lS the Airport's Fixed Base Operator, that lS, they provide the <br />necessary pilot services vital to any airport: fuel, oil, lounge, <br />restroom and telephone service. GT+3 lS growing at a healthy rate and <br />recently signed a lease with the City for additional land on which to <br />construct a storage hangar. That hangar is nearing completion and <br />GT+3 already has commitments from several firms to hangar their aircraft. <br />GT+3 is in compliance with the provisions of both of their leases. <br />Ingram <br />This lease is to a private individual, who built a hangar to store his <br />aircraft. He is In compliance with all provisions of his lease with <br />the following exception. Lessee agreed to pave an easement area adja- <br />cent to the leased premises. This has not been done to date, but lessee <br />intends to COTIunence shortly. <br />McCoy <br />This lease is to a private corporation for the purpose of building a <br />hangar to store their aircraft in. They are in compliance with the <br />terms of their lease with the following exception. Lessee agreed to <br />pave an easement area adjacent to their leased property. This has not <br />been done yet, but lessee intends to commence shortly. <br />Miller Air Sports <br />This company builds and assembles home-built aircraft. The lease is <br />for land, upon which Miller constructed a hangar, which reverts to the <br />City at the end of the lease. All provisions of th lease are complied <br />with. <br />
