78 ~TÀ1'E OF TEXAS t,JARRANTY DEED COUNTY OF HAYS KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: The City of San Marcos of the County of Hays and State of Texas for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (SlO.OO) and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by Grantee herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL, AND CONVEY to Martha Barker Arington, 1712 Twelve Oaks Drive, Texas City, Texas, Galveston County, Texas,. all of interest in and to the following Hays County, Texas, to-wit: the City's right, title and described real proper-tv in A parcel of land containinq 2980 square feet out of the J.M.
