Entire Agreement. <br /> <br />This Agreement and the Bond Resolution constitute the entire agreement <br />between the parties hereto relative to MTrust acting as Paying Agent/Registrar and <br />if any conflict exists between this Agreement and the Bond Resolution, the Bond <br />Resolution shaH govern. <br /> <br />Section 6.09.
