Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING RE- SULTS OF BOND ELECTION; CONTAINING PROVISIONS NECES- SARY AND INCIDENT THERETO; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The following amendments were read into the record: Section 2.
