THENCE leaving the approximate center line of said branch with the Southeast line of Center Street as recognized and used upon the ground N. 46 degrees 20 E. 23.63 feet to an iron stake set a tang 1 e poi n t ; THENCE continuing with the South line of Center Street N. 81 degrees 07 E. 281.3 feet to an iron stake set at the intersection of the South line of Center Street with the West line of Fredericksburg Street as recognized and used upon the ground for the Northeast corner of the tract herein described; THENCE leaving the South line of Center Street with the West line of Fredericksburg Street as recognized and used upon the ground S. 5 degrees 42 E. 228.75 feet to the place of beginning. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on March 7, 1988, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
