<br />156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1988-25R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR <br />ACCESS DRIVEWAY PERMITS ISSUED PURSUANT TO <br />CHAPTER 5, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY ACCESS <br />ORDINANCE, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Whereas, Section 5-3Ø3. øø of Chapter 5, Publ ic Right-of-Way <br />Access Ordinance of the Code of Ordinances of the City of San <br />Marcos, provides that a fee shall be paid 't.o said City upon the <br />application for driveway access permits and that such fee shall be <br />established by resolution of the City Council and kep't. on file in <br />the office of the City Secretary; now therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1.
