<br />taxiway vision of aircraft on the ground. <br /> <br />All activities <br /> <br />incidental or in connection wi th the use of the property <br /> <br />herein <br /> <br />leased <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />conducted <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />manner <br /> <br />so <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />introduce no hazard to the landing, <br /> <br />takeoff or moving of <br /> <br />aircraft or otherwise limiting or interfering with the use of <br /> <br />the airport. <br /> <br />Determinations made by the F . A. A. T. A. C., or <br /> <br />Lessor <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />circumstances <br /> <br />creating <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />hazardous, <br /> <br />limiting <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />interfering <br /> <br />situation <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />conclusive as to Lessee. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor <br /> <br />for repair or replacement of any runway or taxiway lights <br />that may be damaged by Lessee. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />ACCESS <br /> <br />Lessee further agrees to limit equipment and machinery <br /> <br />movements on the airport to those service roads and routes <br /> <br />which may be designated by the airport manager from time to <br /> <br />time. <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />agrees <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />promptly <br /> <br />clean-up <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />otherwise <br /> <br />remove any dirt, mud, rocks, or other residue that is carried <br /> <br />onto any paved surface designated for equipment movement. <br /> <br />violation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />tenement <br /> <br />may <br /> <br />result <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />immediate <br /> <br />cancellation of the lease without compensation and suit for <br />repair of any paved surface damaged as a result. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />NOTIFICATION OF WORK AND MACHINERY MARKINGS <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />agrees <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />notify <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Fixed <br /> <br />Base <br /> <br />Operator <br />prior to <br /> <br />responsible for Airport Advisory Service <br /> <br />(UNICOM) <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />start <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />termination <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />agricultural <br /> <br />operations that will place farm equipment or machinery within <br /> <br />two hundred and fifty (250) <br /> <br />feet of any aviation pavements. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />Lessee <br /> <br />equipment <br /> <br />and machinery must be distinctively <br /> <br />marked or lighted so as to be highly visible to p~lo~s using <br /> <br />the airport. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
