RESOLUTION NO. 2009-28R <br />• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF <br />$237,000.00 OF ACCRUED INTEREST IN THE BOND <br />SUPPORTED CAPITAL PROJECT UTILITY FUND TO THE <br />CENTRAL FIRE STATION FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDING <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, <br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES, MATERIALS TESTING, IT <br />HARDWARE, AND SECURITY SYSTEM HARDWARE FOR <br />THE NEW CENTRAL FIRE STATION; APPROVING <br />CHANGE IN SERVICES NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $65,000 <br />TO ADD CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO <br />THE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH <br />WIGINGTON HOOKER JEFFRY, PC FOR THE CENTRAL <br />FIRE STATION; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. The transfer of $237,000.00 of accrued interest from the Bond Supported <br />Capital Project Utility Fund to the Central Fire Station Fund to provide for construction <br />administration, geotechnical services, materials testing, IT hardware, and security system <br />hardware for the new central fire station is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2 Change in Services No. 1 in the sum of $65,000, to add construction <br />• <br />administration services to the architectural services contract with Wigington Hooker Jeffry, PC <br />Architects for the Central Fire Station project is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 3.
