<br />set forth below which may arise out of or result from any <br /> <br />operations at the San Marcos Municipal Airport, whether such <br /> <br />operations be by Lessee or by any subcontractor or by anyone <br /> <br />directly or indirectly employed by Lessee or by anyone for <br />whose acts Lessee or any subcontractor may be liable: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims under <br /> <br />statutory Workmen I s Compensation laws, <br /> <br />disability laws <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />employee <br /> <br />benefit <br /> <br />laws <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />fulfill <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />requirements of the jurisdiction in which the work is to be <br /> <br />performed. <br /> <br />Such <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />to provide <br /> <br />coverage for multiple jurisdictions and other such indicated <br />coverages as may be applicable. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims from <br /> <br />damages because of bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, <br /> <br />disease or death with minimum limits of liability of not less <br /> <br />than $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for <br /> <br />damages for injury to or destruction of tangible property of <br /> <br />others, including loss of use thereof. <br /> <br />Such coverage shall <br /> <br />include <br /> <br />Broad <br /> <br />Form <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Damage <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />removal <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />xcu <br /> <br />exclusions. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />minimum <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />$500,000.00 per occurrence and $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Such insurance as will protect Lessee from claims for <br /> <br />damages arising out of the maintenance, operation, or use of <br /> <br />any owned, <br /> <br />non-owned or hired vehicles. <br /> <br />Minimum limits of <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />for bodily <br /> <br />injury and property damage <br /> <br />combined <br /> <br />shall be not less than $500,000.00 each occurrence. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />An <br /> <br />Excess <br /> <br />Liability <br /> <br />Policy <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />minimum <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />$3,000,000.00 <br /> <br />The Excess Liability Policy must follow form <br /> <br />with the primary coverage. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />hereinabove <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />amended to afford coverage for: <br /> <br />Products <br /> <br />Liability <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Completed <br /> <br />Operations <br /> <br />Coverage <br /> <br />specifically <br /> <br />covering <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />repair <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />fueling <br /> <br />operation. <br /> <br />Blanket Broad Form Contractual Liability <br /> <br />-6- <br />
