Gilcrease by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with a r1qht-breaking curve having t.he following characteristics: central angle = 04" 07' 49", radius = 2241.83 feet, 8rc length = 161.60 feet and a chord which bears S 51Q 321 OB~ E 161.51 feet to a brass monument found for the east corner ot the Gilcre~se tract and north corner of that 3.41 acre tract described in a deed tram F.
