RESOLUTION 2013 -148R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC MATERIALS FROM TECHLINE, INC. IN CONNECTION WITH THE LOOP 82 OVERPASS PROJECT IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $680,000.00 THROUGH THE CITY'S MATERIAL ACQUISITION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. The purchase of electric materials from Techline, Inc. in connection with the Loop 82 Overpass Project in the estimated amount of $680,000.00 through the City's Material Acquisition Services Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority ( "LCRA ") is approved. ?ART 2. The City Purchasing Manager is authorized to exccute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. PART 3.
