e. The City of San Marcos is governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Chapter 552 of <br />the Texas Government Code (the "Act "). This Agreement and all written information <br />generated under this agreement may be subject to release under the Act. Except as <br />required by law, Normandy shall not make any reports or confidential information <br />received from the City to facilitate the performance of the Services available to any <br />individual or organization without the written approval of the City. <br />f. Normandy may not assign any obligation under this Agreement without the written <br />consent of the City. <br />g. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated Agreement between the City and <br />Normandy and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements either <br />written or oral.
