A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION II(B) OF THE 1988 WIC AGREEMENT APPROVED OCTOBER 12, 1987, BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO INCREASE REIMBURSE- MENT AMOUNTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos entered into an agreement with the Texas Department of Health on October 12,1987, regarding the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children; and, WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Health has increased the "sliding scale" reimbursement amounts for administrative costs retroactive to April 1, 1988: and, WHEREAS, these increased reimbursement amounts will be of to the City's WIC Project #36; now, therefore, bene fi t BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY TEXAS: COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, PART 1. That the Amendment to Section II(B) of the 1988 WIC Agreement approved October 12, 1987, between the City of San Marcos, Texas, and the Texas Department of Health, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes to increase the reimbursement amounts for administrative costs retroactive to April 1, 1988 is hereby approved. PART 2. That the Mayor of said City be and she is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment on behalf of said City and its WIC Project #36. PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. ADOPTED this 27 day of June 1988.
