Resolution 2013 -145R, approving a Youth Master Plan for the City; and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />34. Resolution 2013 -146R, providing nominations to serve on the Hays Central <br />Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two year term commencing on January 1, <br />2014; and declaring an effective date. 35.
