Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 2, flays County, Testas, being a portion of a tract of land called 581.30 acres, described In Volume 1360, Page 97, Off Mal Public Records, Hays County, Texas, said 2.63 acre tract of land being more particularly descrIbed as follows; OFUNNING at a 1/2`° iron pin found for an Interior corder of a called 374.27 acre tract rec'urded in Volume 3198, Page 68, Official Public Records, Bays County, Texas, being the Northerly corner of salt; 501.30 acre tract, and this herein described 2.63 acre tract; THENCE along the Southwesterly line of said 1.74,27 acre, tract, common with the Northeasterly line of said 50L90 acre tract, S 56'1845" e a distance of 411.00 feet to a 1/2" Iran pin found in the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Craddock Avenue for the Eastetly coater of this herein described 2.63 acre tract; THENCE along the Northerly tight -or -way line of Craddock Avenue and Wonder World Drive along the Southerly line of this herein described 2.63 acre tract, the following four (4) calls: 1.
