The relationship between a Participating Physician and any Covered Person is ",;hat of Physician arid patieY'lt. The Par'ticipating Physician is sl:olely responsible for the medical service provided to any Covered Person. The Participating Hospital is solely responsible for the Hospital services provided to any Covered Person. SECT! ON V I II CONTRACT PROVISIONS Computation of Contract Charges Each monthly Contract Charge shall be calculated on the basis of Health Pldn's records as to the number of Enrollees in each coverage class at the time of calculation, at the rates then in effect. Reb'Qactive adjustments may be made fot' any additiorls or terminatÜms of Enrollees and changes in coverage classification not r'eflected in Health Plan's records at the time the Contract Charge is calculated by Health Plan. However, no retroactive credit shall be granted for any change ':Iccur'r'irq;¡ mOt'e than sixty <6Ø) days prior tl:O the date Health Plan was notified of the change by the Enrolling Unit. Hedlth Plan reserves the right to change the schedule of rates for Health Services Fees (1) on the first renewal date specified in the application arid on each subsequent r'erlewal date thereafter', 1:lt' (2) on any date that the provisions of this Contract are amended. Written notice of any such change in rates shall be given by Health Plan to the Enrolling Unit at least thit'ty (3Ø) days pd,:'t' tCI the effective date of the cha.nge. Payment of Contract Charges All Contract Charges are payable monthly by the Enrolling Unit to Health Plan at its offices in Austin, Texas. The first Contract Charge is due and payable on the effect i ve date clf th i s Contt'act. Subsequerlt Contt'act Chat'ges are due and payable no later than the first day of the Contract Month thereafter that this Contract is in effect. Brace Period A grace period of thirty-one (31) days will be granted for the payment of ar-li C:::tìtt'::\ct Chat'ge, dl.lt'Ïfq;¡ which time this C':lntt-act shall coY"rtinue i)'"1 fot'ce. The Contract shall automatically terminate (1) as of the end of the grace period if any Contract Charge remains unpaid at the expiration of the grace period, or (2) as of the date during any grace period that Health Plan receives written notice of termination from the Enrolling Unit.
