( 2) Other Inpatient Services and Supplies: Services and supplies provided under the direction of or authorized by a Participating Primary Care Physician in a Partipating Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility or other Approved Health Care Facility or Program, while the Covered Person is confined as described under E.2.a. (1). Outpatient Services and Supplies (1) Emergency Services (a) Emergency services and supplies, provided on an outpatient basis by a Participating Hospital or other Approved Health Care Facility. (b) Outpatient Prescription Medications provided by a Participating Hospital or other Approved Health Care Facility in conJunction with Hospital emergency services for the same condition, not to exceed a 24-hour supply. (2) Non-Emergency Services (a) Authorized services and supplies for prescheduled outpatient surgery provided under the direction of a Participating Physician at a Participating Hospital or other Approved Health Care Facility or Program. (b) Prescheduled diagnostic tests provided under the direction of a Participating Physician at a Participating Hospital or other Approved Health Gare Facility -4- NONE $25 per visit, ex- cept when inpatient admission for the same condition oc- curs within 24 hours.
