This amendment is in effec~ for all Enrollees in <br />accordance with the terms of such Group Master Contract. <br /> <br />D EI.ETE : <br /> <br />SECTION I, DEFINITIONS, "Emergency" is a sudden and <br />unexpected onset of an acute ilL~ess or accidental <br />inju.~! requiring immediate diagnosis and treatment to <br />avoid jeopardy to the life and health of a Covered <br />Person.
