AKEHDKEKT TO GROUP KASTER CONTRACT This amendment shall be included as an addition to the Group ~aster Contract between Texas Health Plan and your company. This amendment is in effect for all Enrollees in accordance with the terms of such Group ~aster Contract. DELETEs ADD: DELETEs ADD. Cov.ra;., Subparagraph (2), A newborn child of a Covered Person or Eligible Dependent is covered from birth, except that coverage terminates thirty-one (31) days after birth unless the child is enrolled hereunder and all applicable charges and premiums are paid. An adopted child is covered from the date the child is acquired by the adoptive parents except that the coverage terminates thirty-one (31) days after such acquisition unless the child is enrolled hereunder. Coverage for other newly acquired Eligible Dependents shall take effect on the date such Eligible Dependent is legally acquired provided the Health Plan is notified by the Enrollee within thirty-one (31) days.
