That the terms and conditions of the Agreement <br />Concerning Creation and Operation of the District made a part of <br />and incorporated in City Ordinance 1987-20 attached hereto as <br />Att;:lchment A and incor por at(~â here i n for all purposes as tho ugh <br />recited herein verbatim, is hereby confirmed and extended for an <br />IS-month period from the date of this Ordinance. Nothing in this <br />Ordinance shall affect the continuing validity of City Ordinance <br />1987-2Ø. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the importance of this Ordinance creates <br />an emergency and an imperative public necessity so that the <br />provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be <br />presented at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall <br />become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days fol10l.'Jing <br />the late of its final pa ssage be suspen(l ed, and these prov is ions <br />are hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in full force and effect from and after its adoption and after its <br />publication in a newspaper of general circulatiqn in the area as <br />required by the Charter of the City of San Marco~, Texas <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />,19:38. <br /> <br /> <br />,.
