<br />interest and consistent with the stated purposes of
<br />the PDD zoning designation;
<br />
<br />Statement describing the intended character of the
<br />PDD, and specific measures which are proposed to
<br />ensure compatibility with the surrounding area;
<br />
<br />Statement explaining in detail the development's
<br />intended compliance with each applicable
<br />supplemental amenity standard in subsection 704, if
<br />any, for which bonus point credit is desired, and a
<br />tabulation summarizing the total points requested
<br />and the total points required to comply with this
<br />section;
<br />
<br />A statement of the substance of existing or proposed
<br />covenants, property owner's association contract, or
<br />other restrictions, if any, imposed upon the use of
<br />the land, buildings, and structures;
<br />
<br />Statement of the applicant's intentions with regard
<br />to future selling or leasing of all or portions of
<br />the PDD such as open space, residential parcels,
<br />bufferyards, commercial sites, etc., and the form of
<br />agency proposed to own and maintain common use areas
<br />and facilities, if any;

<br />The anticipated development time schedule for
<br />completion of proposed phases of construction, as
<br />applicable; and,

<br />A separate written request, as applicable,
