That the last sentence of Section L. Mixed land uses of <br />Appendix C, Subdivisions, Article VI. Subdivision Design Requirements <br />is repealed. <br /> <br />PART 5. That Section 36-2 C of the San Marcos River Corridor <br />Ordinance is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />36-2. <br /> <br />Application of Chapter. <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PART 6. <br /> <br />Zoning required for SMRC subdivisions. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />All subdivisions within the SMRC, which are larger <br />than two acres or which will contain <br />non-residential structures that total 5,000 square <br />feet or more, or which will contain more than six <br />(6) residential units, shall be P+anned <br />Development District subdivisions and shall be <br />zoned PDD. Subdivisions in which the smallest lot <br />is ten (10) acres or greater in size shall not be <br />required to be a PDD subdivision or be in the PDD <br />zoning district. <br /> <br />Site plan required. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />If the development is a PDD, the requirements of <br />the PDD Development Plan shall apply and shall, in <br />addition, include or be supplemented by the <br />requirements for the SMRC site plan. The SMRC <br />site plan requirements are as follows: <br /> <br />(1) submitted in 25 copies; <br /> <br />(2) have a scale of 1 inch to 200 feet if the <br />development is a POD, or I inch to 100 feet, <br />otherwise; <br /> <br />(3) the location... <br /> <br />That Section 36-2 (E)(3) is repealed. <br /> <br />PART 7.
