<br /> 18 <br />Regular Meeting July 9, 1984 Page 3 <br />Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and <br />Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance <br />on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF <br /> LOTS TEN (10) AND ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), <br /> VICTORY GARDENS, SECTION TWO (2), A SUBDIVISION LO- <br /> CAT ED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading <br />and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. The Council determined to consider each of <br />the three Ordinances separately and not by consensus. The first of <br />these Ordinances considered by the Council was on second reading, the <br />caption which was read as follows: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE III, SECTION <br /> 5-49 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO ADOPT <br /> ALL UPDATED OR AMENDED FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS AND <br /> FLOOD BOUNDARY-FLOODWAY MAPS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br />Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading <br />and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. After discussion Mr. Brown <br />moved the Ordinance be tabled for amendment and Mr. Coddington second- <br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />The second Ordinance considered by the Council was on second reading, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br />
