Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF LOTS TEN (10) AND ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), VICTORY GARDENS, SECTION TWO (2), A SUBDIVISION LO- CAT ED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Following discussion Mr. Guerra moved to table this Ordinance to get an updated appraisal of the property and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. TWO (2), A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WAR- RANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock moved this Ordinance be tabledto get an updated appraisal of the property and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of two Ordinances on second reading and adoption of one Ordinance on third and final reading by consensus. The Council determined to consider each of the three Ordinances separately and not by consensus. The first of these Ordinances considered by the Council was on second reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE III, SECTION 5-49 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO ADOPT ALL UPDATED OR AMENDED FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS AND FLOOD BOUNDARY-FLOODWAY MAPS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. After discussion Mr. Brown moved the Ordinance be tabled for amendment and Mr. Coddington second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously. The second Ordinance considered by the Council was on second reading, the caption which was read as follows:
