<br />THENCE, leaving Jackson Lane, with the Northwest line of the <br />said Jary tract, S. 44 degrees 31' W., 328.20 feet to an iron <br />stake set in the Southeasterly line of the tract herein <br />described for an angle point, same being the most Westerly <br />corner of the said Jary tract and the most Northerly corner <br />of that tract of land conveyed to Theodore Morino by Selura <br />Jackson by deed da ted January 31, 1944, and recorded in Volume <br />129, page 510, Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Jary tract, wi th the Northwesterly line <br />of the said Morino tract, S. 41 degrees 40' W., 77.06 feet to an <br />iron stake set for the most Southerly corner of the tract herein <br />described, same being the most Southerly corner of the said <br />Calvin tract and the most Westerly corner of the said Morine <br />tract in a Northeasterly line of that tract of land conveyed to <br />Hays County by Walter E. Kellerman, et al., by deed dated March <br />2, 1959, and recorded in Volume 177, page 214, Hays County Deed <br />Records; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Morino tract with a Northeasterly line <br />of the said Hays County tract, N. 48 degrees 00' W., 156.75 feet <br />to an iron stake found for the most Southerly corner of the said <br />Breìhan tract and the most Westerly corner of the said Calvin <br />tract, same being the most Westerly corner of the tract herein <br />described. <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said Hays County tract, with the <br />Southeasterly line of the said Breihan tract, N. 45 degrees 28' <br />E., 409.06 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing 1.40 acres <br />of land. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on September 12, 1988, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied.
