RESOLUTION 2013 -158R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO UTILITY <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF <br />HIGHWAY AND STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE FOR THE <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT, ELECTRIC UTILITIES DIVISION <br />IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF $400,000.00; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />APPROPRIATE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Utility Construction Company, Inc. for the <br />provision of highway and street lighting maintenance (IFB 213 -275) in the estimated annual. <br />amount of $400,000.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate purchasing <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
