The small parcel of land herein <br />described contains 9,946 square feet and is the Northeast part <br />of Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2) of the Third Revision of <br />College Heights Addition of San Marcos, Texas, as surveyed by <br />Don Cude, Registered Public Surveyor No. 364, on September 12, <br />1970. and being the same property conveyed by Benno H. Simon <br />and wife, Connie L. Simon, to Albert David Warshauer and wife, <br />Elaine P. Warshauer and Max Leon Warshauer and wife Hiroko K. <br />Warshauer by Warranty Deed of even date herewith. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on September 26, 1988, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied.
