the Southeast edge of a 7-inch concrete curb for the most Southern corner and an old concrete monument at the East corner of Lot six (6) bears S. 44 degrees 39' W. 44.31 feet; THENCE with the Northwest line of Lot Three (3) and the Southeast line of Lot Two (2) and the Southeast edge of the 7-inch concrete curb, N. 44 degrees 39' E. 75.40 feet, passing the most Eastern corner of the concrete curb at 74.33 feet, to a concrete monument on the Southwest line of Clark Avenue for the Most Northern corner of Lot Three (3) and the Most Eastern corner of Lot Two (2); THENCE with the Southwest line of Clark Avenue and the Northeast line of Lot Two (2) and Lot One (1), N. 45 degrees 51' W. 133.32 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. The small parcel of land herein described contains 9,946 square feet and is the Northeast part of Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2) of the Third Revision of College Heights Addition of San Marcos, Texas, as surveyed by Don Cude, Registered Public Surveyor No. 364, on September 12, 1970. and being the same property conveyed by Benno H. Simon and wife, Connie L. Simon, to Albert David Warshauer and wife, Elaine P. Warshauer and Max Leon Warshauer and wife Hiroko K. Warshauer by Warranty Deed of even date herewith. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on September 26, 1988, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of September, 1988, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for September 26, 1988 .
