<br />THENCE: Alonq the Southeast line of the above referenced tract, <br />S 45 degrees 09' 00" W 678.85 feet to the Point of Beqinning and <br />containing 12.258 acres of land, more or less. <br /> <br />These field notes were prepared from Deed Records, survey plats <br />done by others and not from an on-the-ground survey, August 23, <br />1988. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on September 26, 1988, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied.
