<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> <br />ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> <br />ISSUED BY: <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SHEET NO. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> <br />10/1/88 <br /> <br />REVISION NO. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL PUMPING SERVICE <br />RATE SCHEDULE - MP <br /> <br />The Ci ty shall charge and collect for municipal pumping <br />service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate Schedule - MP. <br />The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for <br />Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this <br />rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated municipalities <br />for electric power and energy used for the operation of pumping and <br />compressing equipment of municipally-owned and operated water <br />supply and sewage disposal systems. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the City's option of <br />standard available voltages. standby or resale service is not <br />permitted under this rate schedúle. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh............................ $ 0 . 04:2 60 per kWh <br /> <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power cost Adjustment <br />Clause. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 19 - <br />
