The <br />Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for Electric <br />Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate <br />schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated municipali- <br />ties for lighting service within municipally-owned and operated <br />parks. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Customer Charge: <br />Single or Three Phase Service......$ 6.50 <br /> <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh............................ $0.03407 per kWh <br /> <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 21 - <br />
