The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br />Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br />a part of this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service for <br />governmental traffic and signal control devices and the lighting of <br />public rights of way and thoroughfares where the system is <br />connected to or can readily be connected to the City's existing <br />distribution system. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Unmetered Street Lighting: <br />Mercury Vapor Lamp <br />175 Watt, 7,900 Lumens..............$ 3.98 per Lamp <br />Energy Charge........................... the monthly <br />Power Cost Adjustment factor applied to 70 kWh. <br /> <br />9/6/88 <br /> <br />- 23 - <br />
