SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY ELECTRIC TARIFF ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/1/88 REVISION NO. SMALL GENERAL SERVICE RATE SCHEDULE - SGS The City shall charge and collect for small general service electric service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate Schedule - SGS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate schedule. AVAILABILITY This rate schedule is available throughout territory served by the City of San Marcos. the entire APPLICABILITY This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service required for lighting, power and any other purpose, other than residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the maximum metered demand is less than 50 kW. If the metered kWh exceeds 3,600 kWh for three consecutive months, the City may install demand metering equipment. If the maximum metered demand is 50 kW or greater for any two months during any twel ve month period, the City will transfer the customer to the then applicable general service rate schedule. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- rent, .60 Hertz, single phase, at the city's option of standard available voltages. The City may, at its option, provide three phase service when individual motors rated at 5.0 horsepower or larger are connected. standby or resale service is not permitted under this rate schedule.
