The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br />Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br />a part of this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout <br />territory served by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />entire <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br />required for lighting, power and any other purpose, other than <br />residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br />maximum metered demand is 50 kW or greater but less than 500 kWand <br />for which no specific rate schedule is available. If the maximum <br />demand is 500 kW or greater for any two months during any twelve <br />month period, the Ci ty will transfer the customer to the then <br />applicable general service rate schedule. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating cur- <br />rent, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the City's option of <br />standard available voltages.
