To be <br />eligible for continued service on the commission, the commission members appointed as city <br />residents must maintain residence and property ownership in the city, and the commission <br />member appointed as an extraterritorial jurisdiction resident must maintain residence and <br />property ownership in the extraterritorial jurisdiction. <br />• <br />13
