The offeror further agrees that he will not maintain such <br />segregated facilities. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />CLEAN AIR ACT COMPLIANCE: <br /> <br />For all contracts in excess of $100,000, the recipient agreel to comply with all epplicable standards, <br />orders, or regulltions issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970.
