CLEAN AIR ACT COMPLIANCE: For all contracts in excess of $100,000, the recipient agreel to comply with all epplicable standards, orders, or regulltions issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970. Violations shall be reported to the Department and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency. V.
