Separate procurement/contracting processes for <br />application preparation and architectural/engineering/ grants management are <br />required, unless these services will be paid for solely with local funds. <br /> <br />CONTRACT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION -- To ensure sound program management, <br />provide the following staffing and audit information: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />List the person(s) on the city/county staff who will be responsible <br />for general administration of this project, if known. If unknown, <br />indicate whether you will be hiring or contracting for this <br />function.
