<br />-2- <br /> <br />Article V, Section D.2.b. - Preliminary Plats. <br /> <br />Fifteen (15) copies of the plat shall be submitted to the <br />Director of Planning, or the Director's designee at least <br />fifteen days prior to the meeting of the commission at which <br />time the plat is to be considered. <br /> <br />PART 5. That Appendix C- Subdivisions, Article V, Section <br />E. 1 (b) is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Article V., Section E.l.b. - Final Plat. <br /> <br />The final plat shall be submitted in fifteen (15) blue or <br />black line copies which shall contain all of the features <br />required for preliminary plats in Article V, Section D and it <br />shall be accompan ied by si te improvement data bear ing the <br />seal of a registered professional engineer, and detailed cost <br />estimates of streets, storm drainage, water, and sewer <br />facilities to be installed. After the commission has <br />considered the request and final approval has been <br />established, the subdivider shall provide the Planning <br />Department with two (2) reproducible mylars (one for the City <br />and one for the Hays County Appraisal District) and one (1) <br />blue line linen within 90 days of approval of the plat unless <br />there are extenuating circumstances explained in writing to <br />the Planning Department requesting an extension. The <br />Director of Planning, or the Director's designee shall obtain <br />the signatures and record the plat at the appropriate county <br />courthouse. <br /> <br />PART 6. That Appendix C - Subdivisions, Article V, Section <br />E.l.e(7) is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Article V, Section E.I.e.7. - Surveyor Statement <br /> <br />Surveyor's certificate to be placed on the subdivision plat: <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, a registered public surveyor in the State <br />of Texas, hereby certify that this plat is true and correctly <br />made and is prepared from an actual survey on the property <br />made under my supervision on the ground and that the corner <br />monuments were properly placed under my supervision. <br /> <br />(Surveyor Seal) <br /> <br />Registered Public Surveyor <br />RPS * <br /> <br />PART 7. That Appendix C - Subdivisions, Article V, Section <br />E. 3 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Article V, Section E. 3. - Final Plat and Construction Plans <br /> <br />Final plat and construction plans: Fifteen (15) copies of the <br />final plat, three (3) copies of all construction plans, and <br />any materials required by other ordinances of the City of San <br />Marcos shall be tendered with a letter of transmittal to the <br />Director of Planning, or the Director's designee fifteen (15) <br />days prior to the commission meeting at which the plat is to <br />be considered" <br /> <br />PART 8.
