-2- Article V, Section D.2.b. - Preliminary Plats. Fifteen (15) copies of the plat shall be submitted to the Director of Planning, or the Director's designee at least fifteen days prior to the meeting of the commission at which time the plat is to be considered. PART 5. That Appendix C- Subdivisions, Article V, Section E. 1 (b) is amended as follows: Article V., Section E.l.b. - Final Plat. The final plat shall be submitted in fifteen (15) blue or black line copies which shall contain all of the features required for preliminary plats in Article V, Section D and it shall be accompan ied by si te improvement data bear ing the seal of a registered professional engineer, and detailed cost estimates of streets, storm drainage, water, and sewer facilities to be installed. After the commission has considered the request and final approval has been established, the subdivider shall provide the Planning Department with two (2) reproducible mylars (one for the City and one for the Hays County Appraisal District) and one (1) blue line linen within 90 days of approval of the plat unless there are extenuating circumstances explained in writing to the Planning Department requesting an extension. The Director of Planning, or the Director's designee shall obtain the signatures and record the plat at the appropriate county courthouse. PART 6. That Appendix C - Subdivisions, Article V, Section E.l.e(7) is amended as follows: Article V, Section E.I.e.7. - Surveyor Statement Surveyor's certificate to be placed on the subdivision plat: I, the undersigned, a registered public surveyor in the State of Texas, hereby certify that this plat is true and correctly made and is prepared from an actual survey on the property made under my supervision on the ground and that the corner monuments were properly placed under my supervision.
