In phase I two wells should be constructed in the Lowmans I Ranch development on Centerpoint Road, near the location of the proposed standpipe. This location will service the proposed developments supplying water to the elevated storage tank, to be located on the far western side of the Lowman Ranch development. A well is to be constructed at the 770 contour on McCarty Lane in phase I to service the new unspecified development, as well as the lower pressure plane in the future. A well is proposed to be constructed in phase II at Well Site A to supply water to the lower pressure plane being serviced at that time. In phase III an additional well is proposed to be constructed at Well Site A to supply water to the remainder of the lower pressure plane through the year 2005 as well as the proposed elevated tank located at Well Site A. Storage Facilities The Texas Department of Health requires 185 gallons per capita of total water storage and 55 gallons per capita of eleyated storage for an approved system.
