<br />wood Creek Interceptor to the existing <br />treatment plant <br /> <br />Regional Facilities. <br /> <br />"Regional Facilities" means the City of San Marcos <br />regional water and wastewater systems described in the <br />Preliminary Water and Wastewater Service Master Plans for the <br />Cottonwood Creek Area produced by Jones and Neuse, Inc., <br />dated January 1987: <br /> <br />Water: <br /> <br />Three phase construction of water mains, <br />wells, ground storage and elevated <br />storage facilities, and pumping facilit- <br />ies <br /> <br />Wastewater: <br /> <br />Three phase construction of lines, lift <br />stations, and a wastewater treatment <br />plant <br /> <br />"Regional Water Facility" and "Regional Wastewater Facility" <br />means those respective portions of the regional facilities. <br /> <br />utility District Ordinance. <br /> <br />"Utility District Ordinance" means Ordinance 1986-85, <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of San Marcos as <br />amended on February 9, 1987. <br /> <br />Utility Plan. <br /> <br />"Utility Plan" means the Preliminary Water and <br />Wastewater Service Master Plans for the Cottonwood Creek Area <br />(Jones and Neuse, Inc., dated January 1987). <br /> <br />Water Conservation Plan. <br /> <br />"Water Conservation Plan" means the future plan to be <br />implemented by deed restriction on all property within the <br />District and which shall have the following features: <br /> <br />water conserving fixtures for use in all residen- <br />tial, commercial or industrial buildings, xeriscape <br />landscaping techniques to be encouraged for use by <br /> <br />-5- <br />
