Penovation and <br />conversion activities shall consist of the following: <br /> <br />- Remove first floor restrooms. <br />- Remove first floor heate~. <br />- Remove first floor heater closet. <br />- Remove walls and doors- first floor northwest corner. <br />- RerlOve ceiling in first floor halh/ay. <br />- Renove heater vents in first floor hallway. <br />- Remove rotted wood floor in R/R and northwest corner of <br />- Remove rotted wood- north and south edge of gy~ floor. <br />- Remove kitchen cabinets. <br />- Remove kitchen sink. <br />- Remove west wall and door in kitchen. <br />- Remove attic heater vents. <br />- Remove gym windows. <br />- Remove gym doors. <br />- Remove existing roof covering. <br />- remove rotted p~l"ch and roof. <br />- Renovate restrooms. <br />- New central HVAC first floor (3 to"'. <br />- ~!e~1 central HVAC gym (2 units- 3 tons each). <br />- New central ~VAC 2nd floor (3 ton). <br />- Wiring to code. <br />- New plumhing to code. <br />- Install grease trap. <br />- New commercial kitche~. <br />- Replace water heater. <br />- Replace floor in kitchen area. <br />- replace floor in restroo~s. <br />- Replace floor in gy~. <br />- Replace windows in gym. <br />- ppplace exit doors in gYM. <br />- Replace ceiling in first floor. <br />- Replace Spanish tile roof. <br />- Replace 2 porches, inclurl;ng roof material. <br />- Paint. <br /> <br />fi rst floor. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
