<br /> 5 <br />Regular Meeting September 4, 1984 Page 5 <br />Mr. Coddington moved the Council convene at 10:22 p.m. and Mr. Brown <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization for the <br />City Attorney to take legal action for violations of City Ordinances. <br />Mr. Coddington moved the City Attorney be authorized to institute ap- <br />propriate legal proceedings to protect the City's interests in regard <br />to Zoning Ordinance violations at Academy and Sessoms, on property <br />owned by Francis Horne, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll <br />call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Farr. <br />Mr. Guerra moved the City Attorney be authorized to institute appro- <br />priate legal proceedings to protect the City's interests in regard <br />to Subdivision Law and Ordinance violations involving Twin Lakes <br />Apartments, a development within the San Marcos extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction, located on Hunter Road at McCarty Lane.
