<br />17 <br />Special Meeting September 10, 1984 Page 4 <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- <br />tion, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MISSOURI- <br /> KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND <br /> USE OF A PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY UNDER SAID MISSOURI-KAN- <br /> SAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY BRIDGE M-985.9 AT MILEPOST <br /> M-985.84 IN THE VICINITY OF SAID BRIDGE'S CROSSING OF <br /> THE SAN MARCOS RIVER AT RIO VISTA PARK IN SAID CITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING <br /> AND APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF $990.00 CONSIDERATION <br /> FOR THE GRANTING OF SAID LICENSE BY SAID RAILROAD AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mr. Farr moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler se- <br />conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock moved for approval of the use of contingency funds for <br />the three $990.00 to the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company for <br />the above-mentioned three license agreements, totaling $2,970.00. <br />Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization to bid the <br />General Construction Contract for the Package Wastewater Treatment <br />plant(s). Mayor Craddock moved for authorization to bid and Mr. <br />Farr seconded the motion.
