Hankins <br /> Director of Planning Frank Robbins <br /> Director of Env. and Engineering Steve Jenkins <br /> Police Chief Myron Galchutt <br /> Acting Director of Finance Wayne Moore <br />Also Present: Mrs. Scrutchin, Mrs. Martindale, David Edwards, Daniel <br />Brown, Mark Hendricks, Olga Garza, Terry Colley, Lisa Dvorak, Randy <br />Rogers, Sherylyn Brown, George Lopez, Brenda Smith, Shirley Wickersham, <br />Bud Walker, Ray Longoria, Lee Head, Joe Salas and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held September 4, 1984. Mr. Coddington moved <br />to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call <br />the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Moore. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held September 10, 1984. Mr. Guerra moved <br />to approve the minutes and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion. On <br />roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Guerra, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Moore. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Emergency Meeting held September 13, 1984. Ms. Kissler moved <br />to approve the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Coddington moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §2(e), §2 (f), and §2(g), V.A.C.S., to discuss per- <br />sonnel, contemplated litigation, pending litigation (College Oaks Joint <br />Ventures vs. City), matters where the duty of the City Attorney to the <br />City pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State <br />Bar of Texas requires confidentiality, and negotiation of contract. <br />Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (7:35 p.m.). <br />
