<br />( 2 ) <br /> <br />The City shall reimburse Developer for this initial <br /> <br />financing of a portion of the City's pro rata share on a monthly <br /> <br />basis <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />fees <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />more <br /> <br />specifically <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />out <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Section F of this Article. <br /> <br />( 3 ) <br /> <br />The City shall not permit the District's pro rata <br /> <br />share of <br /> <br />purchased capacity <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the Regional facilities <br /> <br />to be <br /> <br />allocated to another party. <br /> <br />The City shall make available to the <br /> <br />Distr ict information regarding numbers and amounts of capacity <br /> <br />committed to others from its pro rata share.]" <br /> <br />"[F. <br /> <br />The Ci ty <br /> <br />agrees <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />establish and collect water and <br /> <br />wastewater connection fees from both in-district customers and all <br /> <br />other water and/or wastewater customers within the Service Plan <br /> <br />area unless and until some other mutually agreeable method of <br /> <br />reimbursement to Developer is established. <br /> <br />The fee shall be Five <br /> <br />Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($500.00) or such other fee as mutually agreed <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />Developer <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />Of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />fee <br /> <br />collected within <br /> <br />the District, <br /> <br />Four <br /> <br />Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($400.00) <br /> <br />shall be returned to Developer as set out under Section E(2) of <br /> <br />this Article to reimburse Developer for amounts paid by Developer <br /> <br />to finance the City's pro rata share of capacity in the Regional <br /> <br />facili ties in accordance wi th the Service Plan. <br /> <br />The remaining <br /> <br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br /> <br />shall be retained by the City as <br /> <br />payment or reimbursement for each water meter installed and to <br /> <br />assist in funding City water and wastewater utility inspections <br /> <br />within the District. <br /> <br />Of connection fees collected by the City <br /> <br />wi thin the Service Plan area but outside of any district, <br /> <br />Two <br /> <br />5H:63600.47/49 <br /> <br />-4- <br />
