BEGINNING at the intersection of the Guadalupe Street with the Northwest Right Railroad, same being in the West line of strip, for the most Easterly corner described; West Right of Way of of Way of the M.K.T. said 12.5 foot wide of the tract herein THENCE, leaving the said Guadalupe Street with the Northwest Right of Way of the said M.K.T. Railroad the following courses numbered (1) through (3): (1) S 54° 48' w, 145.69 feet; ° (2) S 83 38' W, 16.59 feet; (3) S 54° 48' W, 763.29 feet for the Southeast corner of tract herein described; the THENCE, leaving the said M.K.T. Railroad S 83° 38' W, 99.51 feet, to the Southeast Right of Way of the I&GN Railroad, for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Southeast Right of Way of the said I&GN railroad, N 35° 33' E, 796.80 feet to the North line of Lot 13 and the South line of Lot 14, Block 2 of said Donaldson Addition, for the Northwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said I&GN Railroad, with the North lines of Lots 14,9 and 3, all of Block 2 of said Donaldson Addition, N 0 82 30' E, 376.84 feet to the West Right of Way of the aforementioned Guadalupe Street for the Northeast corner of the tract herein described. THENC~, with the West Right of Way of the said Guadalupe Street, S 07 30' E, 162.23 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 4.68 acres of land, more or less.
