32 AGREEMENT This Agreement is executed this /f~~ay 1987, by and among the City of San Marcos, of Sh.1L"¿¿¿lU.h , t/ ,f' Texas; Hays County, Texas; and the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District (collectively, the "Taxing Units"). WIT N E SSE T H : ---------- WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, adopted Ordinance No. 1983-80 on December 29, 1983, which designated a certain area as Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of San Marcos, Texas (the " Zone II ) , established a Board of Directors for the Zone and included other matters relating thereto, as authorized by the Texas Tax Increment Financing Act of 1981, as amended, codified as Article 1066e, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes (the "Act"); and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1983-80 was amended by two ordinances adopted February 16, 1984, by the City of San Marcos, Texas; the first of which amended Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1983-80 to increase the membership of the Board of Directors, designated the number of Appointments to be made by each Taxing Unit to the Board and set forth the terms of such Board members; and the second of which amended Section 1 of Article I I of Exhibit C to Ordinance No. 1983-80 to increase the membership of the Board of Directors, designated the number of appointments to be made by each Taxing Unit to ßuch Board and set forth the terms of such Board members; and (Page I of 3 pages)
