Hopkins <br />San Marcos, TX 78666 <br /> <br />Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: <br /> <br />Attached is a recent analysis of the bonds which we antici¡ate <br />refunding during the week of Much 15. We have increased the issue <br />size to reflect the inclusion of $1,045,000 in Series 1984 water and <br />Sewer Revenue Bonds. We currently antici¡ate savings well in excess of <br />the 5% net present value savings criteria set out by the Council. <br /> <br />The attached timetable breaks down the sequence of events for the <br />next three weeks. CUrrent market conditions lead us to believe that we <br />will be entering the market at such time as to maximize savings to the <br />City . <br /> <br />Again, we are antici¡ating moving ahead with this the week of <br />March 15.
