<br />Southwest line of Wonderworld Drive-F.M. No. 3407;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Corrie Corporation 0.23 acre tract, with
<br />the Southwest line of the said Wonderworld Drive-F.M. Highway No.
<br />3407, S 45 04' E, at 81.43 feet passing an iron stake at the East
<br />corner of the said Corrie Corporation 0.15 acre tract, a North
<br />corner of the said S & S Land and Cattle Co. 2.06 acre tract, and
<br />continuing on, in all, 256.43 feet to an iron stake at the East
<br />corner of the said S & S Land and Cattle Co. 2.06 acre tract, for
<br />the East corner of the tract herein described;

<br />stake at a fence corner at a Northwest corner of the said S & S

<br />all, 369.25 feet to an iron stake at the North corner of the saiid
<br />S & S. Land and Cattle Co. 0.34 acre tract, same being the West
